The Ridge Restaurant
The Ridge Restaurant serves sumptuous meals made from local, natural ingredients.
Visitors are invited to relax in a beautiful country hideaway setting and enjoy a
panoramic view of Kelowna. Lunch is served daily from mid-April through October, and
the restaurant is open in the evenings for private group functions year-round.
Award-winning executive chef, Travis Hackl, plans all of the menus at The Ridge.
Hackl is a partner in Okanagan’s Finest Foods, which includes full-service catering
and a line of quality natural vinaigrettes. Their Ginger Ginger Soy Vinaigrette,
Garlic Herb Vinaigrette and Dill Mustard Dressing are now available throughout the
Okanagan as well as in Vancouver.
Restaurant chef, Todd Hollet, handles the day-to-day operations at The Ridge.
Hollet’s terrific personality and flair make him the ideal chef for the restaurant’s open kitchen.
The restaurant is a former private home, which was renovated in the spring of
2000. Fall evenings are special at The Ridge. A blazing fire and the sparkling
lights of the city combine to create an intimate atmosphere. Recently named one of the
“best places to kiss” in the guidebook, The Best Places To Kiss in the Pacific Northwest,
The Ridge is ideal for special occasions of all kinds.
The Ridge can accommodate up to 60 guests for a sit-down meal indoors.
An additional 60 guests can be seated on the patio and adjoining veranda,
weather permitting.
The green space on the property can accommodate tenting for groups of up to 200 people.
