Iced Ciders
Made in a similar method to traditional ice wine, apples are picked frozen from the tree and are then pressed to extract the juice. Raven Ridge produces four varieties of iced cider, Braeburn, Fuji and Granny Smith, as well as Ambrosia, which is brand new for 2004.

Fuji Wine
Made from the juices of KLO's signature Fuji apples, this light white wine is an ideal accompaniment to any meal and makes a great sipping wine. The juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks.

True Sparkling Cider
The lively, crisp acidity of the Braeburn apple lends this sparkling cider its elegant structure. A long cool primary fermentation helped to retain the distinctive Braeburn apple flavour. The second fermentation happens in this very bottle and is responsible for the delicate bubbles and long-lasting mousse. After 12 months of special care, each bottle is hand riddled. Enjoy this cider with salads, Asian dishes or dessert. It is sure to compliment any celebration.

Raven Ridge Reserve
A combination of Braebrun, Fuji and Granny Smith apples, this crisp white wine is a refreshing sipping wine, perfect for an afternoon on the patio.
