KLO introduced Raven Ridge Cidery in 2003 when cider master Roger Wong produced the first line of beverages, including a still apple wine and three varieties of Iced Apple Cider including Fuji, Braeburn and Granny Smith. The products received immediate critical and consumer accolades.

The Raven Ridge product line was extended in 2004 to include True Sparkling Cider, made from Braeburn apples, which was also very well received – see Jurgen Gothe’s review here.

A tasting room is located at KLO’s Farm Store where guests are able to sample and purchase products, which are also featured at The Ridge Restaurant at KLO.
